Return & Refund Policy
At sukoon e maida, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return according to the policy below.
Return Eligibility
- Returns for Hayat-e-Maida products can be requested within 7 to 21 days after delivery.
- Returns for Pure Cardio products can be requested within 7 days after delivery.
- Returns for Immunity Boost products can be requested within 7 days after delivery.
The product must be shipped back to us within the applicable return period.
Return Instructions
Please send the product to the return address mentioned on the parcel you received.
Before dispatching the return parcel, you must:
- Take a clear picture of the product bottle.
- Share the picture with us via WhatsApp.
- Send us the parcel tracking ID after dispatch.
⚠️ Sharing the tracking ID is mandatory to ensure your return request is properly processed.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned parcel, returns and exchanges are usually processed within 5 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued through your preferred payment method:
- Pakistani Bank Transfer
- Easypaisa
- JazzCash
Return Shipping & Deduction Charges
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges when returning a product.
Additionally, a Rs. 300 deduction will apply to cover:
- Product inspection and quality checking
- Handling and restocking
- Administrative processing fees
Important Update — Finance Bill 2025–2026
For orders paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), the following deductions may apply according to government regulations:
- 2% Sales Tax
- 2% Withholding Tax
These charges are deducted from the amount collected by the courier service.
