Return & Exchange Window
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange:
- After 7 days of receiving your order
- Before 14 days have passed from the delivery date
This allows enough time to review and test your purchase comfortably.
Product Condition
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The product should be in near-new condition
- More than 50% of the product must remain unused
This helps us maintain quality standards for all customers.
Return Processing Time
We aim to process all approved returns and exchanges within 3 to 5 business days after receiving the returned item.
Shipping Costs
- If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, sukoon e maida will cover the shipping costs.
- For customer-requested exchanges or returns, the return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
Return Shipping Options
Convenient Return Label
For your convenience, we can provide a return shipping label for Rs. 400. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Self Return Option
You may also choose to return the product yourself. In that case, you will receive the full refund amount of the product cost without any deductions related to return label charges.
